We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards for online purchases via PayPal. We will accept phone orders paid by check but can not take credit cards over the phone at this time. When your check has been received and deposited we will then ship your order.

We are a small company but we want you to truly enjoy your Daydream Batik creations. We would be more than happy to work with you over the phone to ensure you get the clothing that works best for you. If no one is available please leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as we can.

Browse our pieces by clicking on the ”clothing” link at the top of the page. When you see an item you are interested in purchasing, simply click on the image or the item number below it. This will pull up the enlarged, close-up, product detail and price of the item. Then click on the ”Add to Cart” button to add this item to your shopping cart. Click on the ”View Cart” button to review your entire order. When you are ready to check-out, all on-line shopping transactions are handled and secured through Paypal.com. Now you can proceed through check-out.

You may set up a free account with Paypal.com before checking-out. After your account has been established, you will be able to come back and shop quickly and easily. SHIPPING

Your order will be filled as promptly as possible (please allow between 1 to 2 weeks for most orders). We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.

To launch our website we are offering free priority/ground shipping until further notice. All orders are shipped USPS First Class/Priority Mail, which takes up to two to seven business days. Larger orders are shipped UPS Ground, which takes up to one week.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the tags still on within ten days of receipt.

We understand that it is difficult to buy clothing without being able to try it on but ask that you take time to consider your purchase. Please keep in mind our clothing is hand-dyed and printed by hand in small batches so color and design may slightly vary.

The customer is responsible for return shipping expense.

REFUND: We have a 10% restocking fee. When the item has been received back in new condition, we will refund your purchase in the form it was paid minus 10% of the item total.

EXCHANGE: When the item to be exchanged has been received back in new condition, we will send you the new requested item.
